Assessments & Background Checks

Depending on the role, you may be required to complete psychometric, technical, or case study assessments and provide supporting documentation. We also conduct full vetting, including fingerprint capture, to meet regulatory requirements. Please note that completing these steps is standard procedure and does not guarantee an offer.

Final Fit Interview

For certain roles, top candidates may be invited for a final in person interview to confirm overall fit. Please note: this is a standard step in our process and does not guarantee placement.

Offer & Onboarding Experience

If you are the selected candidate and all mandatory checks and references successfully completed, we’ll extend a formal offer and welcome you aboard! Our onboarding experience helps you settle in, connect with your team, and officially begin your journey as a TIHer!

What does the vetting process involve?

Our vetting process includes reference checks, criminal record screening, qualification verification, credit checks, and Fraud/DOFA checks (where applicable). These are mandatory regulatory requirements for financial institutions and help ensure a secure and compliant hiring process.
