Khaya Gobodo was appointed CEO-Designate of TIH in April 2025 and officially assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of TIH on 1 December 2025. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director of Old Mutual Investments, where he was responsible for the Group’s single-manager investment capabilities. He also held the position of Chairman across several entities, including Old Mutual Investment Group, Old Mutual Alternative Investments, Old Mutual Specialised Finance, Old Mutual Wealth, and Futuregrowth Asset Management. Khaya is a CFA charter holder and earned an MSc in Investment Management with distinction.
